Taesung Uhm
Hello! My name is Taesung Uhm and I am a senior at Korea International School. Before coming to Korea, I lived in South Carolina for 10 years. Other than going to Texas for my 9th grade year, I have stayed in Korea since then. In my free time, I like to fold origami or go on runs because I find comfort in these activities. I hope to major in a STEM field as I enjoy learning and teaching it very much. I'm excited to meet new people and help out the best I can!

Sunnie Limson*
Hello! My name is Sunnie and I am a senior majoring in Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies with minors in Biology and Legal Studies at the University of Rochester. I moved to the US in 2009 and have been residing here ever since. I return home to Seoul during breaks and teach elementary and middle school students English at a local English Academy. I look forward to working with everyone and I hope to be able to help students adapt to the Korean culture and school dynamic as well as feel a little more comfortable with the language surrounding them.

Janghyun Lee
Janghyun is currently a junior at Korea International School. Born in Korea, he lived in Singapore for three years before moving back and attending international schools for 10 years. His favorite subject is history, and always strives to learn more about the world. In his free time, Janghyun enjoys making music videos and writing lyrics. He hopes to reach out and connect with new people throughout the year.

Yoonjung Choe*
Hi, I am Yoonjung Choe. I was born, grew up and graduated university in Korea. I moved to the US in 1999. I lived in Troy, New York and Buffalo, New York. God gave me two precious children there. My whole family came back to Korea in 2011, Although I am Korean and was raised in Korea, it was not easy to adjust to Korea after 12 years of living in the US. Especially as young students my kids who were born in the US had pretty hard times during their adjustment to Korea. We can overcome the period with many helps from the generous people. So, I am really glad to have a chance to help students who want to adjust and learn more about Korea.

Zoe Jung
Hello, my name is Zoe Jung. I was born in Korea and attended Korean schools until 11th grade. Since 12th grade, however, I am doing A-Levels which is the British sixth form. I always wanted to study abroad in a western country, so even though I am doing a British sixth form, I applied to universities in UK, US, and Canada, so I am familiar with the process. I am currently waiting for the universities' decisions. While studying in Korea, I finished up to 12th-grade content, and I also took the 중졸/고졸 검정고시 and the 수능. My main interests are STEM and design. I look forward to meeting students and growing together!
